Draft reply to the feedback (Workshop comment / DM)

---------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks for taking the time to write this up properly - it is by
far the most useful feedback the mod has had. I went through the
files point by point and you were right on almost everything.
v0.9.0 is out and addresses it:

Slots and stacking
- You were right that the named slots were meaningless. Every aux
slot accepted every category, so "Observation Systems" and
"Hull Systems" were just decoration. Each slot is now locked to
a single function, and the labels finally match the rules.
- Two transmissions / two fire-control systems are now impossible,
and the same module can no longer be installed more than once.
- Observation gear is its own category now instead of sharing the
crew-support pool, which is what made the four-vision-device
  builds possible.

Costs
- Correct call on percentage costs. Armor, spall liner and the
fighting compartment now cost a share of vehicle cost, so they
scale with tank size instead of being nearly free on heavies.
High-hardness and laminate armor were badly undercosted and
  have been repriced.
- Bolted Rolled Armor was straight up broken: the description
promised cheap mass production but it only gave a flat -0.25 IC.
It now cuts production cost by 18%.
- Gun and ammunition upgrades were free power. They now carry real
production cost and reliability loss per level.

Armor / engine sliders
- Fair criticism, and honestly there was no good reason for it.
The mod was overriding the vanilla upgrades, removing armor's
speed penalty and cutting its cost to a fifth - that is why it
felt off. The stray "0" bonuses came from values too small to
render. The override is gone entirely; vanilla behaviour is back.

Still open
- Land Cruiser panel layout is still ugly. It works, but the
arrangement needs rebuilding and I want to do it properly.
- On the "too many small modifiers" point: I agree, and it is the
next pass. The plan is roughly what you suggested - one clear
identity per module (ammo bins -> reliability, fighting
compartment -> breakthrough, escape hatches -> defense) rather
than every module giving three or four stats.

If you have time to look at v0.9.0 I would genuinely like to hear
whether the costs land better now.
