Cheat Menu for campaign missions

What is it:
- in-game menu to create units of your choice
- all factions supported: USA, GRM, Rebels, Russia, UAF, Germany
- all units that are available in general conquest mode (no infantry with trucks)
- game tweaks to allow resupply your units or make your units invincible
- create enemy units of selected faction
- create placements for selected faction

How to use it:
- load a mission and click icon on right side which says "Cheat Menu"
- by default USA faction is selected, or you can select faction you like
- open infantry, land vehicles or air vehicles menu to access selection of avaiable units
- click on icon and then click on ground to create infantry squad or vehicle

Missions that already use menu:
- some missions, like first germany mission will add additional icons on top
- scroll down to access cheat menu icons
- mission icons are left intact

Game modifiers:
- ammo resupply for whole map (enemies included)
- make your units invincible
- fully repair player vehicles
- create ammo resupply point containing variety of weapons
- call in artillery strike
- delete all spawned units
- AI mode off or on, applicable only to newly created units
- six environment selections to experience: day, night, dusk, dawn and their combinations

Create Enemy units:
- infantry and land vehicles
- four types of waves: infantry, lightly/medium/heavy armored units
- uses previously selected faction
- all types have three waves, with vehicles being different for every wave
- allows you to spawn all four types of waves in succession

Placements:
- majority of placements are available and contain at least twice available ammunition
- 2b11 placements were not added since 2b14 mortars are available
- available under vehicles menu

Inventory Modifications:
- able to make infantry drop their weapons, or gain a new weapon or ammo
- weapons from all categories are supported (limited variety): SMG/AR, machine guns, sniper rifles, grenade launchers
- one shot AT rocket launchers
- grenades, medkits
- meant to outfit squads with same weaponry
- mostly works (90%) due to game limitations

Ever wanted to have a bigger gun? Not shooting those pesky GRM guys up to your full potential? No worries. There is a menu just for such a need. Be it a bazooka guy, or a simple engineer, you can send them on a mission and not worry about them coming back... You have unlimited supply of minions.

Completing objectives too early? Running out of targets? Still keeping that grenade for a lucky kill? Now you can get targets on demand. Four varieties, suited for killing, maiming or simply enjoying how your units get slaughtered again and again... And if you really want to simulate war, you can get all waves to experience mini-conquest experience right in your campaign missions!
